The sounds in my head, but the lights?

I have asked several times about lights, I see at night but there were no correct answers. Some said it was in my head so I put my webcam before going to bed. It was too dark for my webcam to see something, but I could certainly hear the sound playing. I could save a minute and a half, so I'm not sure that the beam of light. The sounds are definitely not in my head. Perhaps not the best section to ask, but smart people want answers. I wonder if the lights you see is as some people have migraine headaches before. I am the light, but not headaches. A Sometimes I smell something funny or hear a squeel acute. He explained as a trick your brain into a momentary increase in blood in his brain. Like when lying down at night I think it might be possible. PS the first time I saw the lights, I stood and looked out the window because I could not understand what was happening, I thought a storm.
